ESTADO DE MÉXICO

SIBRA Capital, a company with more than 17 years of experience as a logistics park developer, received in March 2018 the LEED for Core & Shell v2009 certification in its “Megapark Nave 6” project, located in the municipality of Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico.

Nave 6 of the Megapark industrial park combines various architectural and engineering strategies with a sustainable approach that reduce the impact on the environment by saving resources and energy, while offering an interior quality for the occupant superior to the conventional one.

As a result of the excellent coordination and communication of the team involved, this property achieved the “Silver” level, reaching 50 points on the LEED assessment scale, leaving behind the “Certificate” level, which is achieved with a minimum of 40 points.
