MSc. Eng. Alejandro Baeza
BIOCONSTRUCCIÓN Y ENERGÍA ALTERNATIVA
The MSc. Eng. Alejandro Baeza is a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has worked as a design engineer in conventional and renewable energy systems for the Institute of Engineering of the UNAM and the Institute of Electrical Research. He holds a master’s degree in sustainable energy technologies from the Eindhoven Technical University and sustainable energy systems by the Royal Institute of Technology.
He has 7 years of experience in developing projects that reduce the ecological footprint of buildings and industrial processes in various parts of the world. Since 2014, he has been a Commissioning Officer in Bioconstruction and Alternative Energy, coordinating a process that has contributed to reducing the cost of energy in more than 20 complex projects, including process plants, office buildings, congregation centers, transportation terminals, among others.
Alejandro also coordinates the EarthCheck certification process, a certification aimed at promoting sustainability in hotels and resorts.
