Centro de Distribución Campus MAYPO

MAYPO, a company dedicated to medicines logistic and sale, obtained LEED Certification for New Constructions v2009 at its “Certified” level for its project named Centro de Distribución Campus MAYPO, on November 22, 2017. This new building is located in Coyoacán, Mexico City.

The Campus MAYPO combines sustainability strategies that seek a moderate consumption of resources in its operations, while providing a superior interior space compared to a conventional one. Also, this new building encourages the use of alternative transport due to its connectivity with public transport and its harmonious integration with the surrounding buildings.

LEED Certification for this building is the first recognition in energy efficiency of the company. However, MAYPO has stood out for the other great achievements, such as the ISO 9001: 2008 certification that endorses the quality in the processes of supply and distribution of the products; compliance with Norma Oficial Mexicana 059 and audits carried out by recognized international firms.
