Arca Continental, the world-renowned bottler, obtained on April 1, 2016 the LEED for New Construction Certification v2009 at the Silver level of its Poniente-Central building, located in the city of Monterrey.
This was the first of the three buildings registered by the company under “Campus Program” modality, which consists of the registration and development of actions in several buildings where individually seek this certification.
This project looked for the correct implementation of resources and efforts for the creation of sustainable sites that combine strategies corresponding to the optimal use of energy, use of water and materials, a correct integration of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems that improve the quality of interior environment for the occupants, adjustments for the correct lighting, among others, which will result in a building friendly to the environment and an extraordinary experience for the occupants.
