ESFERA CITY CENTER CENTRO COMERCIAL
Esfera Fashion Hall (also known as Esfera City Center) received the LEED Certification for Core & Shell v2009 on January 11, at its Silver level, located south of of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
This project, developed by the Mexican company Citelis, was registered under “Campus Program” modality, which allows the achievement of LEED credits with actions developed for the benefit of this and surrounding buildings, prospecting a sustainable expansion in whole campus.
Esfera City Center obtained LEED Silver Certification by obtaining 53 points, among which can be found the installation of more than 370 bicycle racks and the allocation of 154 parking spaces for low emission vehicles. These strategies have intention of encouraging the use of alternative and environmental-friendly transportation
