Dr. Daniela Gallo obtained her degree in Architecture from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras; Master’s Degree in Project Management from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana; and of Doctorate in City, Territory and Sustainability from the Universidad de Guadalajara. She has attended several courses on Management, Planning and Territorial Planning; in Bioclimatic Architecture; and Construction with soil and Natural Materials.
Daniela founded the Architecture Research and Sustainable Development Institute and Honduras Green Building Council in 2011. She has more than 5 years of work experience in research, planning, design, execution and control in different projects. In addition, she has played the role of teacher and she has many publications for scientific media and participations as a speaker at international events.
Currently, Dr. Gallo serves as Sales & Solutions Consultant in Bioconstrucción y Energía Alternativa, together with being an active member of the Instituto OMATL in Guadalajara. Daniela has lived, studied and worked in Honduras, Australia and Mexico, standing out with academic excellence. She is trilingual, fluent in Spanish, French and English; is learning German as a fourth language.
