H&M ESFERA CITY CENTER
H & M, the fashion clothing store with a presence in 62 markets globally, received in the month of June the LEED® Commercial Interiors v2009 Platinum Level Certification, reaching 85 points, and its enclosure within the Esfera City Center, In Monterrey, Nuevo León.
The Platinum level of LEED certification of this venue located south of the city was achieved as a result of optimal team coordination, coupled with its effective communication. This level is the highest in the evaluation and is achieved by having met the highest standards in a guaranteed way so as to superior air quality and optimum use of power, water resources, in addition to Implementation Policies and procedures that seek sustainable practices within the store.
