Project Comprehensive Center for Criminal Justice

The Comprehensive Criminal Justice Center located in the La Pila delegation recently inaugurated by the Governor of the State Juan Manuel Carreras López and Magistrate Juan Paulo Almazán Cue President of the Judiciary, received the Certification as LEED New Construction Gold level, for achieving optimal levels performance in terms of materials, construction processes, as well as energy and water savings, due to its low environmental impact. It is the first and only government building in the region, which achieves this international authentication.

By submitting the LEED 2009 New Construction and Major Renovations Gold level certificate, granted upon completing 65 points, the President and CEO of U.S. Green Building Council Mahesh Ramanujam, expressed to the Governor of the State that the San Luis Potosí Criminal Justice Center is an example of sustainability that demonstrates its leadership in transforming the construction industry, as well as its commitment to build a healthy and sustainable future. .
