EDIFICIO 3 - PARQUE IND. DIAMANTE 1
Tredec, a Mexican real estate group specialized in the industrial sector, obtained LEED Certification Core & Shell v2009 for the project “Edificio 3 – Parque Ind. Diamante I”, on December 4, 2017, located in the municipality of Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León.
Edificio 3 – Parque Ind. Diamante I brings together different architectural and engineering strategies that reduce the impact on the environment by saving resources and energy, while offering an interior quality for the occupant superior to the conventional one.
The industrial building achieved the “Certified” level, reaching 44 points in the LEED scale, achieving a new certification for buildings of this type, being the second with the largest number of projects in Mexico, according to the U.S. Green Building Council.
