IOS OFFICES, a company dedicated to the rental of workspaces in Mexico, received in October 2016 LEED certification for Commercial Interiors v2009 Silver level in its business center IOS OFFICES Reforma Latino, located in Mexico City.
IOS OFFICES has combined different sustainability strategies applied in its offices Reforma Latino in a way that optimizes energy and water consumption, it promotes best practices in the quality of the interior environment and wellbeing of the occupants. Also, it encourages the use of alternative transportation and develops several policies that have a positive impact on the environment and the performance of the space.
The Silver level of IOS OFFICES Reforma Latino was achieved thanks to the excellent cooperation of the company’s employees. This location obtained 54 points on the LEED scale, leaving behind the “Certified” level.
