ARCA CONTINENTAL EDIFICIO NORTE
Arca Continental, the second largest Coca-Cola bottler in Latin America, achieved LEED certification for New Construction v2009 Silver level in its Building “Norte”, located in the city of Monterrey in June 2016.
Since planning phase, Arca Continental searched an optimal management of materials and resources that involves the correct use of water, energy and HVAC systems. These systems transform the building into a building that performs with low environmental impact and differentiates it from a similar construction by having greater benefits for the occupant than a conventional building such as higher indoor air quality and superior thermal comfort.
