On May 18, 2017, IOS OFFICES received the LEED Certification for Commercial Interiors v2009 at Silver level for its business center named IOS OFFICES Torre Reforma, located in Cuauhtémoc Delegation , in Mexico City.
The achievement of this international recognition is part of an environmental-friendly expansion by the company based on the best practices of the sector. The sustainability strategies applied to this site achieve the perfect systems interconnection, resulting in an efficient use of natural resources, ecosystem-friendly operations and amenities that will offer the occupant an area with a higher environmental quality than a conventional one.
IOS OFFICES Torre Reforma is the second business center of the company to obtain the LEED Certification so far this year, as well as “Torre KOI”, located in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, which also obtained Silver level, leaving behind the level “Certified”.
